Please go to the Excel Add-ins (Office button - Options - Add-ins)

Normally, you should see both add-ins ('ModelRisk' and 'Vose functions') under 'Active Application Add-ins')

If they are not there, you can enable them by selecting 'Excel Add-ins' (for 'Vose functions') or 'COM Add-ins'(for 'ModelRisk') in Manage dropdown, clicking 'GO' and then checking up add-in in the popup window:

For Excel Add-ins:

If ‘Vose functions’ are not in this list, click ‘Browse’, navigate to the ModelRisk working folder and select ModelRisk.xll

For COM Add-ins:

If ‘ModelRisk’ is not in this list, click ‘Browse’, navigate to the ModelRisk working folder and select ModelRiskExtendedUI.dll

Close Excel and ModelRisk and start ModelRisk from desktop icon.
